Team extension is the model where we share responsibility for the process and delivery of the product with the customer's team. We assemble a team, providing talent and expertise in both processes, product creation and technology, and work together with the customer. We call it team extension because we join their team and work together, adding our team. In this model, we guide the customer and take charge of product creation for and with them. The distribution of tasks depends on each case, but it may be that Magoya takes care of the product part and the customer develops everything, or we can share development by dividing responsibilities. Likewise, we make our process and tools available, but since it involves two product development companies collaborating together, we usually reach an agreement on a joint methodology.
